Do you accept walk-ins?
No. All practitioners work by appointment only, so book ahead online or by phone.
What are your hours?
Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, and Saturday by special request. Each practitioner sets their own hours (Dr. Pauley from 9:00, Shandra from 9:30, Barbi from 10:00), so check their booking page for exact times.
Do I book with each practitioner separately?
Yes. Massage and somatic sessions book through MassageBook; chiropractic books through Launch Sports Chiropractic.
Where do I park?
In front of the building, with overflow parking in the back.
Is the building wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The front entrance is wheelchair accessible. Tell us about any other needs when you book.
Do you work with children, older adults and people with disabilities?
Yes. We work with everyone from prenatal to 100+ and all abilities. Children 13 and under need a parent or guardian in the room.
