What we collect and why
- Text-message sign-up: your mobile number and consent, so we can send updates about closures, hours, promotions and center news. Sign-ups are kept as a record of your consent.
- When you contact us: your name, email or phone number and your message, so we can reply.
- Website analytics: Google Analytics (through MonsterInsights) uses cookies to collect general usage information, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location. We use it to understand how people use the site, not to identify you.
Booking happens on other platforms
Massage and somatic sessions are booked through MassageBook, and chiropractic visits through Launch Sports Chiropractic. The information you enter there is handled under their own privacy policies. Health history and intake forms are completed with your practitioner, not on this website.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal information. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
Our site and analytics tools use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Embedded content
Some pages include content from other sites, such as Google Maps. Those sites may collect data under their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep text-message sign-up records for one year. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable business records.
