Our Policies
At Embodied Healing Center, we keep your visit calm, respectful, and well organized. Please read these policies before you book.
By Appointment-Only Policy
- We operate by appointment only.
- Please do not arrive expecting walk-in availability.
- If you need help choosing a service or practitioner, visit our Practitioners page and select the provider that fits your needs.
Booking Policy
- Each practitioner runs their own practice and manages their own:
- Booking page
- Pricing and packages
- Policies and availability
- Contact number
- When you book, you book directly with that practitioner.
- For scheduling, rescheduling, late arrivals, or payments, contact your practitioner directly using the details on their booking page.
New Client Policy
- Complete any required intake forms before your first appointment.
- If you feel unsure about which service fits, contact the practitioner you plan to book with and ask for guidance.
Arrival Time and Late Arrival Policy
- Arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first visit.
- For return visits, arrive right on time.
- We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
- If you arrive late, we still end your appointment at the originally scheduled end time. We limit your service time to the remaining minutes in your time slot (based on the original start time).
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and you do not contact your practitioner, we mark the appointment as a no-show and fees may apply.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Contact your practitioner directly to make changes.
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your practitioner may charge a fee based on their stated policy.
No-Show Policy
- If you miss your appointment, you may owe the full session fee, depending on your practitioner’s policy.
- No-shows reduce availability for other clients.
Payment Policy
- Each practitioner sets their own payment methods, pricing, packages, and memberships (if offered).
- Review pricing and payment details on the practitioner’s booking page before you confirm your appointment.
